Wide Load

Elk charging in wide-eyed and worked-up get your heart racing. I love the anticipation of a bull coming to the sound of a call. They make a ruckus, bugle, tear up a tree, and then come charging in. Waiting for them to emerge from the trees is very tense. When this bull broke into the open, I thought, “wow, he’s got to be 5 feet wide!”
