Hereford Sunset

Herefords are the classic cattle of the Old West. They have much thicker hides than other breeds so they may not produce as much meat for their size, but those who run Herefords claim that their insulating hides are very efficient and they don’t take as much feed in the winter. I like Herefords because they’re pretty and they look old-fashioned.
